DESCRIPTION

A striking Vintage Lawrence Kazar New York cocktail dress worked in dense turquoise, cobalt, purple, emerald, and black sequins and tubular beads. The fitted sheath silhouette has short sleeves, a softly scooped neckline with a pointed front dip, a sheer black patterned yoke, and a scalloped hand-finished hem. Swirling paisleys, stylized flowers, and curling vines create an exuberant jewel-toned surface over a black shell. The sewn-in label identifies the shell and lining as 100% polyester and the size as L.

WORTH NOTING

The beadwork continues across the front, back, and sleeves, while the sheer upper yoke gives the ornate dress a lighter neckline. A back zipper provides closure. This is a substantial embellished garment; individual beads and sequins may shift with wear.
