DESCRIPTION

A wonderfully cheerful Fitz & Floyd figural pig, seated with its front feet tucked forward and six openings arranged across its rounded back for toothpicks or petite cocktail picks. The creamy white body is hand-painted with soft pink blossoms, curling green stems, leafy accents, rosy ears, hooves, snout, and a tiny tail. Brown eyes and an open, smiling mouth give the little character an especially animated expression.

The recessed underside is marked “Handpainted Japan,” “Fitz and Floyd, Inc.,” and the Roman-numeral copyright date MCMLXXXII (1982).
